How to lose weight and feel awesome?

Some people does not care whether she/he is chubby or have a fit body. It is okay, but make sure that you take care of your health. Some people do care about their look and body weight. It may because they want to increase their confident level when infront of many people. So here some tips on how to lose weight and feel awesome.

As usual, the schedule of your meal is very important. This does not mean that you have to skip your meal. Remember,do not miss your meal including breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. Skipping meals is not good for your health and your energy will also decrease. You also required to practice diet meal but make sure you have enough carbohydrate every meal you took.

Many people does not know that drinking plain water can make your weight decrease. But make sure that you drink minimum 8 glass a day of the plain water. As you know, junk food is not healthy. So you better stay away from it because junk food contain too many seasoning and colouring.

Try to find some time to do some regular exercise like push up, sit up, and squad. If you have much leisure time, it is better to go for a jog or fast walk. It is not just to burn your fat but it is also good for your health. Lastly, park your car futher from your destination. Eventhough you have to walk a little bit, but it is one of the way to lose weight.
