First and foremost , to lose weight and feeling awesome is stop overthinking things . When your fears have you looking to deep into things , it creates more problems . It does not fix them its like struggling to fight your way out of quick sand .
Secondly , do things you love that will love you back . Choose right , be well . Choose wrong , feel bad . Choose wisely . You can't get the body , health and happiness . You want by doing things that do not deep down work for you . We love ourselves by eating foods that are processed , toxic and full of sugar you get unhealthy , unhappy and fat .
Thirdly , stop wishing , start doing something about it . You can get garbage or you can eat clean , but you cannot be both . You can be insecure or confident . You get to make the choices that determines your outcomes . You ultimately control who you are capable of becoming .
Lastly , if you're struggling to lose weight and feeling down more than you're feeling up . You may be experiencing .
